Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Local Delivery (Lahore Only)

We offer same-day local delivery within Lahore.
If your shipping address is within Lahore city limits, you will be eligible for this service.

• Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be delivered the same day.

• Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be delivered the next working day.

You will receive an email or WhatsApp notification once your order is out for delivery.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Charges may vary depending on the delivery zone.

Free Shipping Offer:
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over 5000 PKR.

Domestic Shipping

We provide shipping across Pakistan. Delivery times may vary based on the delivery zone but typically range from 2 to 5 business days.

International Shipping

We currently plan to offer international shipping soon!
Once available, shipping rates and timelines for each country will be calculated at checkout. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your country. Himalayan Soghat is not responsible for these charges.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition.
We will refund the full order amount to your original payment method.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.
